ArCoNet, The Arts & Community Network, establishes partnership with BAPNE® method

Lansdale, PA – ArCoNet, a Lansdale based renowned Music and Arts Organization, has announced a new partnership with the BAPNE method. This method, created by Dr. Javier Romero, is based on the use of body percussion and rhythms to stimulate cognitive functions in order to develop multiple intelligences and improve abilities in processes such as attention, concentration, memory, brain lateralization and body dissociation. The methodology also provides resources and tools for people with special educational needs and some specific conditions such as dyslexia, ADHD, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, brain damage, cognitive impairment, among others.

ArCoNet will join a prominent network of partners and will leverage the BAPNE method and Philosophy in the United States territory. “We are thrilled to welcome ArCoNet as a new partner, this Organization’s holistic approach to music learning and community development will expands the organization offering and academic curricula,” said Javier Romero, creator and head of the BAPNE worldwide network.

The ArCoNet-BAPNE programs are organized in four vertical dimensions: Workshops (three different levels), Certification, International seminar of Music, Voice and Movement and Therapeutic practice. Adriana Linares, ArCoNet’s founder and Artistic Director, expressed that the experience and results of the first BAPNE Workshop delivered in the past ArCoNet and Dali Quartet Camp and Festival, was outstanding and inspired the participants to new forms of music education and explorations.

ArCoNet is an umbrella organization embracing a wide spectrum of high quality music and other arts programs ranging from private lessons, youth orchestras, pre-college and community initiatives. ArCoNet is the outgrowth of the “Elite Strings and The Elite Youth Orchestra programs”, which were founded by the prominent Venezuelan Violist Adriana Linares. The program started as a one-woman operation out of Adriana Linares’s private studio and now has over one hundred students and more than ten affiliates.
