We would like to invite you to participate in the 2014 ArCoNet Summer Boot Camp. The ArCoNet Faculty designed this program with the idea to provide the ideal atmosphere for student to prepare repertoire for an audition, a solo competition, a solo recital or other important performing engagements.

The ArCoNet Boot Camp is best suited for high school, college and semi-professional string players with an advanced level of playing.  Our experienced string faculty will serve as mentors for daily routines including:

• Morning supervised private practices, private lessons, group classes,

• Seminar style master classes and

• Guest artists master classes.

We are excited to assemble a group of outstanding teaching artists with extensive careers in music performance and education. We are committed to working with each student to help them accomplish their musical goals. Our faculty and guest artists enjoy teaching and performing careers with the Dali Quartet, the ArCoNet Strings Program, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Curtis Institute of Music, Temple University, and the Annapolis Symphony among other esteemed organizations in the country.

Current and past Elite Strings Boot Camp participants include international students from Puerto Rico and Venezuela; college students from Indiana University, Temple University, the Cleveland Institute of Music, New England Conservatory and high school students from The Philadelphia Youth Orchestra, Philadelphia Sinfonia and the ArCoNet Programs.

FULL TIME STUDENT PACKAGE:
$ 350

•Five (5) daily morning supervised practices (10am-2)
•Three (3) private lessons with Elite Strings Faculty (morning)
•Admission pass to all guest artists master classes (afternoon)
•Perform in (1) guest master class
•Perform in (1) Elite Strings Faculty Master Class (evening)
•Admission to (3) Elite Strings Faculty Group Classes (evening)
•Admission to (3) ESP Master Classes/Mock audition style
•Perform (1) One Recital

PART TIME STUDENTS PAY PER CLASS/LESSON ATTENDED:

Pick and choose from:

• one ESP master class-$30 admission (we will offer 3)
• one ESP group class-$30 admission (we will offer 3)
• one guest master class-$30 admission to (we will offer 3)
• perform at one guest master class-$70

HOUSING

We provide housing opportunities for out of state and international students. Students will be placed with local students families from our program. The cost of room and board with the families is $100 for the Boot Camp stay.

Students must pack a lunch daily. Dinner will be provided by host families.

Transportation to an from the airport provided by ESP staff
