Alex is an experienced music teacher, instructing violin, viola, and piano. His past experiences are wide-ranging, starting violin at the age of six with renowned pedagogue Julian Meyer, piano with jazz pianist Jim Holton, and viola with chamber musician Adriana Linares and international soloist Brett Deubner. Also an avid composer, his works have been very well received by audiences in the Philadelphia area, New York, and most recently Belgium. Alex is currently pursuing a degree in Viola Performance on full scholarship at Temple University, where he studies with Che-Hung Chen of the Philadelphia Orchestra.
